A Mountain of Misleading: The New Apostolic Reformation

In Acts chapter 8, we meet Simon the Magician—a man who tried to buy spiritual authority with money and was sharply rebuked by the Apostle Peter. While Simon’s story is ancient, his mindset is not. Today, that same desire for power, influence, and control has resurfaced in modern movements claiming new apostles, new revelations, and a man-made path to establishing God’s kingdom on earth. In this episode, we’ll examine the New Apostolic Reformation, the Seven Mountain Mandate, and why Scripture warns us to test every spirit, hold fast to God’s Word, and reject any attempt to commercialize or counterfeit true spiritual authority.
